Questions

Which page does it check?
The address you enter. If that page is not in Arabic, the checker follows the site's hreflang tags or its language switch to the Arabic version and checks that one.
Why does the score matter for Google?
Google uses the lang, hreflang and canonical tags to decide which page to show Arabic searchers. If they are missing or point to the English page, the Arabic page can disappear from Arabic results even though it exists.
Why is letter-spacing a problem in Arabic?
Arabic letters join each other. Any letter-spacing pulls them apart, so a heading that looks elegant in English reads as broken letters in Arabic.
My site is built with React and the score is low. Why?
The checker reads the HTML the server sends, like WhatsApp and most link previews do. If the text only appears after JavaScript runs, those services see an empty page too, and Google indexes it later and less reliably.
Is it free? Do you store the results?
It is free. The page is fetched once to build the report, which is kept in memory for ten minutes so a repeat check is instant, and then discarded.
